2. Important Disclaimer: LindenFort is Not a Lender
LindenFort acts strictly as a matching service and lead generator. We are not a lender, loan broker, or agent for any lender. We do not originate, issue, or make credit decisions regarding loans or any financial products.
- We do not guarantee that you will be presented with a loan offer or approved for a loan.
- Your E-Consent applies to Communications provided by LindenFort regarding your use of our matching service.
- Once you are matched with or connected to a third-party lender, that lender is solely responsible for providing you with their own E-Consent, Truth in Lending Act (TILA) disclosures, privacy policies, terms of service, and any other legally required Communications.
- LindenFort holds no liability for the communications, disclosures, decisions, or actions of any third-party lender or financial service provider.
3. Covered Communications
Under this E-Consent, Communications you agree to receive electronically include, but are not limited to:
- This E-Consent Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
- Disclosures, agreements, and notices regarding your use of LindenFort's website and connection services.
- Confirmations of your application submission and matching status.
- Customer service communications, responses to inquiries, and technical support notices.
Any third-party lender to whom you are connected will require your separate electronic consent to deliver their loan documents, contracts, and financial disclosures.
4. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain the electronic Communications, you must have the following minimum hardware and software requirements:
- A desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone equipped with internet access.
- A modern, widely-used web browser (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge) running the most recent stable version.
- An email account with a valid email address that you provided to us.
- Software capable of opening and viewing Portable Document Format (PDF) files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Sufficient electronic storage capacity on your device to save the Communications, or a printer to print them.
5. Withdrawing Your Consent
Because LindenFort operates exclusively online as a digital matching service, you cannot withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications while actively using our service. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you must discontinue your use of the LindenFort platform and close any active session.
If you have already been transferred to a third-party lender, you must contact that specific lender directly to determine how to withdraw your electronic consent regarding their loan processes and how that withdrawal may affect your application with them.
6. Updating Your Contact Information
It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address and other contact information up to date so that we can communicate with you electronically. Since LindenFort does not maintain ongoing user accounts or dashboards for loan servicing, any updates to your contact information during the loan application or repayment phase must be provided directly to your designated lender.
7. Requesting Paper Copies
We do not automatically send paper copies of Communications. You may print any electronic Communications from your browser or device. If you require a paper copy of a Communication from LindenFort, you may request it by contacting us through our website. Please note that third-party lenders have their own policies regarding paper copies of loan documents, and you must direct those requests to the respective lender.
8. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By clicking "Submit", "Check Your Rate", "Apply Now", or any similar button on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Electronic Communications Delivery Policy. You confirm that you have the required hardware and software capabilities described above, and you affirmatively consent to receive Communications electronically from LindenFort.
