2. APR and Loan Terms

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR), loan amounts, and repayment terms are determined entirely and solely by the lender or lending partner with whom you are matched. LindenFort does not control, dictate, or guarantee any loan terms.

Depending on the lender and your state of residence, APRs may range from 5.99% to 35.99%. Rates and terms are calculated based on various factors, including but not limited to your credit score, credit history, income, employment status, and other underwriting criteria determined by the lender. You are under no obligation to accept any loan offer presented to you. We strongly advise that you carefully review the lender’s terms and conditions before electronically signing any loan agreement.

3. Credit Implications and Checks

Submitting a preliminary request through LindenFort does not constitute a hard credit inquiry and will not impact your credit score. We may use the information you provide to execute a "soft pull" or soft inquiry to evaluate your profile against the underwriting guidelines of our lending network.

However, if you are matched with a lender and you choose to proceed with their loan application, that specific lender may perform a hard credit inquiry with one or more major credit bureaus (such as Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion). A hard credit inquiry can affect your credit score. By submitting your information, you are granting express consent for lenders to verify your identity and check your credit.

4. Compensation Disclosure

LindenFort’s services are provided to consumers free of charge. We are compensated by the lenders, aggregators, and advertising partners in our network. We may receive a fee when your information is securely routed to a lender, when you click on certain advertisements, or when a loan is successfully funded.

This compensation may impact the placement, display, and order of the loan products presented to you on our platform. Our matching service does not necessarily include all lending companies or all available loan products in the market.

5. State Availability

Our services are not available in all 50 states and U.S. territories. Lenders in our network may be legally restricted from operating in specific states depending on local lending regulations and state fee caps. The states serviced by our network are subject to change without notice. Residents of certain states may be completely exempt from participating in this service.
