Welcome to LindenFort. By accessing or using the website located at LindenFort.com (the "Site" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the provisions of these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

2. Nature of Service (Not a Lender)

LindenFort is NOT a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not originate, issue, or broker loans. Our Site operates solely as a lead generator and matching service connecting prospective borrowers with independent, third-party lenders and financial service providers (collectively, "Participating Lenders").

We do not charge you a fee for our services. Any compensation we receive comes from Participating Lenders. Submitting a request on our Site does not guarantee that you will be connected with a Participating Lender or approved for a loan.

3. Credit Checks and Third-Party Applications

By submitting your information through our Site, you are granting express written consent to LindenFort and our network of Participating Lenders to verify your identity and review your credit history.

While our initial matching process typically utilizes a "soft pull" that does not impact your credit score, if you proceed to finalize an application with a specific Participating Lender, that lender may perform a full credit check (a "hard pull") with major credit reporting agencies, which can affect your credit score.

4. Interactions with Participating Lenders

If you are connected with a Participating Lender, you will be redirected to their website to review their specific terms, rates, and conditions. LindenFort has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the actions, terms, rates, or lending decisions of any Participating Lender.

Any loan agreement is strictly between you and the Participating Lender. You agree that LindenFort is not liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of a Participating Lender's services.

5. User Obligations and Accuracy

You certify that all information you provide through the Site is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in your request being rejected and may be a violation of applicable law. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use this Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, services, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LindenFort does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LindenFort, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Site or any loan or service provided by a Participating Lender, even if LindenFort has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LindenFort, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully as it affects your legal rights. You and LindenFort agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to the Site, these Terms, or your relationship with us shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: You and LindenFort agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
